General Policy VCloud Hills Pasay provides basic, one-star accommodations. By booking, guests acknowledge that services are limited to essential lodging.

Check-In & Stay

ID Requirement: A valid ID is mandatory for all staying guests.
Payment: Full payment is required upon check-in. We operate on a "no payment, no entry" basis.
Basic Utilities: Room rates include standard water and electricity. Misuse of appliances or leaving air conditioning on while out may result in additional charges.
Guest Limit: Our 4-bedroom units have a strict limit of [Insert Number] people. Extra guests will be charged a per-head fee.

Maintenance & Damages

Guests are responsible for keeping the unit in good condition. Any damage to furniture, linens, or plumbing will be charged to the guest before checkout.
